This customer called Fortress Foundation Solutions concerned with a gap that was in-between the baseboard and floor. The home owners were flipping this property and getting it done efficiently was important to them. We sent our System Designer, Paul, out to inspect the property. After a thorough inspection he determined the best solution was to install our Smart Jacks XT to raise the floor and add additional support .

Water intrusion was the issue in this finished basement in Amherst, Virginia. Fortress Foundation Solutions installed our Water Guard French drain system to catch the water getting into this home. 

This homeowner in Amherst had a recurring issue with water seeping into the basement with rain. They reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions for a permanent solution to this issue.

To best solve this problem Fortress sent a crew out to install WaterGuard along the perimeter walls, along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. These products will continuously work together to keep this basement dry by catching any water seepage before it reaches the basement floor, and then draining that water to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the home and into the yard a safe distance away from the foundation through an exterior discharge line. This homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!
