Here is a crawlspace we fixed and fully encapsulated in Potomac, MD.

This basement unit condo had pretty severe water damage that was causing mold and a musty odor. Water was entering the unit from a poorly constructed window well and from under the foundation slab.This made it very difficult for the community to get a tenant for the space, so they called NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair to come in an permanently fix the problem. We installed a full perimeter system, utilizing our CleanSpace vapor barrier and WaterGuard. Any worries about future water damage are now a thing of the past. The unit is clean, dry, and ready for occupancy!
