Dylan joined Northern Basement Systems in 2021 and has since become an essential leader within the company. With years of prior experience in automotive repair and construction, he brings a rare blend of mechanical skill, structural knowledge, and problem-solving ability to every project. This background gives him an exceptional understanding of how homes function—and how to fix them when things go wrong.

Since joining NBS, Dylan has completed extensive training in basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and crawl space restoration. He is a Certified Waterproofing Professional through the Basement Systems International Network and has grown into one of the team’s most trusted experts.

Today, Dylan serves as both the Lead Carpenter and Service Manager, overseeing complex projects, mentoring technicians, and ensuring every customer receives high-quality, long-lasting solutions. His ability to diagnose issues, build efficient repair plans, and execute with precision has earned him a reputation as the company’s go-to problem solver—and, as many would say, an overall wizard.

When he’s not saving people’s basements, Dylan enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and working on carpentry projects.
