Jaime has been with the Northern Basement System's team since the fall of 2018. She has an extensive background in customer care and phone service. Her daily role consists of booking and confirming appointments, as well as processing paperwork. Jaime enjoys learning about the industry, and the opportunity to better our customers and their homes. During her free time, Jaime enjoys playing softball and spending time with her family and friends.
