Soil movement beneath the concrete caused the steps to sink, creating uneven surfaces and visible separation that posed a safety concern.

Our team corrected the issue using PolyLevel® concrete lifting, a high-density polyurethane foam injected beneath the slabs to fill voids, stabilize the soil, and lift the concrete back to its proper elevation. Once the steps were fully leveled, NexusPro® joint and crack sealant was applied to seal the visible cracks and joints, helping prevent water intrusion and future soil erosion beneath the concrete.
