Even though this customer had an existing sump pump in their basement they were still finding two areas in their finished basement that had water issues. They contacted Davenport Foundation Repair and our crews went out and installed WaterGuard, CleanSpace, and a drywell to give the client a dry basement space.

This Garden City, Utah crawl space was transformed with a professional encapsulation system by Davenport Foundation Repair. Before the repair, the crawl space had an exposed dirt floor that could allow ground moisture to enter the space beneath the home.
