This is a large slab inside of a home in Logan, Utah that we lifted to level. The customer was very happy with the end result.
This before-and-after photo set showcases a concrete walkway repair in Logan, Utah, where sections of the sidewalk had settled unevenly over time. Soil movement beneath the concrete caused the slabs to sink and separate, creating trip hazards and an uneven walking surface leading up to the home’s entrance.
Our team corrected the issue using PolyLevel® concrete lifting, which stabilizes the soil and raises the sunken slabs back toward a level position. After the concrete was lifted and aligned, NexusPro® joint sealant was applied at the slab joints to seal gaps, prevent water intrusion, and allow for long-term movement without cracking.
This repair restored both safety and appearance to the walkway while helping protect the underlying soil from future erosion — a common concern in Northern Utah’s seasonal moisture and freeze-thaw conditions.
Our PolyLEVEL system comes with a three-year warranty, is environmentally friendly and less evasive to concrete. This customer had a sinking bathtub, among other areas inside his home. We were able to level this to prevent further destruction to the home.
This home in Salt Lake City, UT had a severely sunken and cracked concrete entryway that posed a trip hazard and detracted from curb appeal. Using the PolyLevel® system, our crew lifted and stabilized the concrete steps and landing, correcting years of settlement caused by soil erosion. We followed up with NexusPro® joint and crack sealant to prevent water intrusion and future damage. Now, the front entry is safe, even, and looks brand new.
This before-and-after photo set showcases a sump pump installation completed in the basement cold storage area of a Salt Lake City home. The space showed signs of moisture intrusion and water collection along the basement floor, increasing the risk of water damage, mold growth, and foundation issues.
A professionally installed sump pump system was added to capture and redirect groundwater away from the foundation, helping keep the basement dry and protected year-round. This solution improves moisture control in below-grade spaces, safeguards stored items, and supports long-term foundation health for homes in the Salt Lake City area.
