They had the fortune (and misfortune) of getting to work in less than 100 degree Texas heat, but the day they started a cold Texas northern arrived. I have never seen guys doing such tough manual labor having such a good time. The second day, in the rain, they kept their enthusiasm up, and so it was all week. You sent the most wonderful, knowledgeable, competent and professional crew to do this job, and for this we thank you!! When I first purchased my home, the foundation was in terrible condition. I received estimates from all the major companies, but chose Baird based on the professional and through method of evaluating the repairs required and explaining the repair process. My decision turned out to be well founded as the work crews and repairs were also completed as promised and all Baird employees were courteous and professional in completing the project. It is a real pleasure to have a service company that takes pride in their work and maintains a customer satisfaction attitude throughout the process. You do a good job in a situation where you some times have to give the customer bad news.

Baird is a very professional company that cares about their customers. The salesperson and the crew they sent to my location were very accommodating and professional. They always made sure that everything was as I needed it before they left the site. The owner was also very involved in what what happening at my house and came out to make sure that everything was as it should be. I thought this was great. Even after the job was done, I was still getting follow-up calls to see how I was doing. I would recommend this company to anyone who would need foundation work.

The work force arrived on time, knew what they were doing and finished in the estimated time.  All were helpful and knowledgeable.

As a Realtor since 1985, this is by far a superior company. Also, they did my house in 1985 and I haven't had one single problem with the foundation .

Everything went according to plan and schedule. Everyone showed up on time and did an excellent job. Work area was cleaned up and returned to normal.

It turned out very well. I have had no problems since then. I had them put piers in several places in my home. After I had the piers put in I also had some cracks repaired by them.. Overall I would say they did a good job!

The work was good and lasted for a good length of time. However. I will need new foundation repair because of the drought season in San Antonio.

The service was about three years ago. They replaced a number of piers under my home. The service was very painless and I thought it went very well. The engineer who came out to inspect the work did a very clean job and the experience was fantastic.
