My wife originally saw an ad for Redeemers Group. We had spent thousands of dollars over the years on water issues in our basement and hadn't been able to solve them permanently. We would do one thing and it would last for a little while, but water would always find its way in. Our house sits at the bottom of a hill, and we get everyone else's runoff. We were pleased with our interactions with Michael, Clint, and the installation crew was hardworking and cooperative. On a scale of 1-10 (1 being no way and 10 being extremely likely,) I would rate them an 8 in terms of how likely I would recommend them to a friend. Clint is honest, Michael is honest, and overall I was pleased to have a permanent solution to our on-going problem.

We got a couple bids to fix our uneven sidewalk. Michael walked us through and gave a thorough explanation on how they would address the problem. He left behind a book about it, so I liked that I could further research it after the fact. The Redeemers Group option was very different. It was less invasive and less complicated, and we really liked that. The installation and clean up process was great. Appreciated David's communication and clean-up. I didn't have to do anything to clean up after them. We were very pleased. 

When another company refers you to handle the job, that says a lot. Greenway Services told me y'all were the people who could give me the right solution. The Customer Care Representative was very communicative and helpful. The System Design Specialist Dante was very informative and knowledgeable. We were very confident we'd found the right company to fix our problem. He gave no reason for us to think we couldn't trust him. Cade and the guys had it done MUCH quicker than I had expected. He sent me pics of every stage of the process and told me to feel free to call him if a problem arises with the system. There's little sign that they were even there.

Wes Cordell and Angel Malburg were outstanding. Wes Cordell was also patient, measured everything and did an excellent job of building trust and credibility. Philip King was amazing. His knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He found things that the previous owners had covered up and pointed them out to me. Very patience, great listener, and more importantly, he is an expert at his profession.

We decided with Redeemers Group to fix concrete that had shifted and settled around our pool. The PolyLevel system was the fastest way without the mess of replacing the concrete, it was just a better choice for repair. Our technician, Joe Cook, was professional and he is a very hard worker. He went out of his way to explain the PolyLevel system again to us. We are pleased with the results so far...

In the summer of 2012, we had our crawlspaces encapsulated. This was to help with the air quality in the home and to make the crawlspaces more easily maintainable. In fact, later that year and with the help of a good friend, we were able to replace the plumbing in a portion of the home. The crew and foremen were very courteous, knowledgeable, and responsible. They even allowed my 5 year old son to think he was a "helper." Overall, a great, wonderful experience. My crew consisted of David, Troy, Sean, Zack, TJ, Brandon, & Chris. Great work gentlemen! Guys were nice and did a good job. Cleaned up after job done. Representative explained what he saw and what needed to be fixed. Gave suggestions on what crew might have to do once they got started.

Joe Cook was outstanding. Showed up exactly on time, explained what he was going to do then did it. Cleaned up the site and explained that if the repair required additional work that he would be happy to come out and adjust the job at no charge.

I sent an e-mail and within a very short time I received a phone call. Very polite and explained everything. I receive the literature almost overnight. Michael checked in with me to confirm our appointment and explained everything. (James) Terry called me when they left Memphis and told me their arrival time. They kept me informed of what they would finish on Monday and when they would return on Tuesday. All three men in the crew were very polite and thanked me for using Redeemer! The crew cleaned up everything and even closed the gates when they left. I had one estimate and when I was looking for a second opinion I saw your web page. The estimates were almost the same but I chose your company as your reviews were good and also the BBB only had one complaint and you resolved it.
