Redeemers Group just did the crawl space for my husband and me, and I am so happy with the workers. David was sick the first day, but worked very hard anyway. The other 2 guys as well as David were very sweet, and worked hard until the job was done. I wanted you to know how happy I was, and you can use her as a reference.

They gave us full disclosure of all options available to handle our high moisture/mold problem in crawlspace as well as total costs. Showed up as scheduled and work done in timely manner. Employees were courteous and professional. On the initial job, a drain and dehumidifier were istalled which needs yearly service. They came out one year after installation and serviced the dehumidifier as promised. 

Redeemers Group did an AMAZING job. Our home had some serious foundation issues…we literally had a huge ramp in the doorway between our living/dining room. David and his team assured us that they were going to take care of our problems, and they did not waste any time getting started with the repairs. I am just amazed that they were able to level our floors back out…I really thought there was no way this could ever be done! The team that worked on our home consisted of David, Raff and Zack. They were highly professional, courteous, hard- working and I highly recommend them.

Jason Autry and his crew made my experience with Redeemers exceptional. They truly care about providing quality service and they are willing to go above and beyond to deliver it.

Bobbi was so helpful in getting my project rescheduled as it previously was scheduled the day before I am to leave the country on a mission trip in Ecuador. I was very impressed with Brook's presentation as he was very thorough and knowledgeable. I saw you in Angie's List where you had good reviews. (The installation crew) arrived even earlier than anticipated which was great! Jason and Josh were very kind, helpful and attentive during our conversation. I called last year and Ben Hoff(sp?) came out and I was VERY impressed with his kindness, knowledge and compassion with my problem. I did not have the work done last year as I thought my problem had been resolved with new gutters. BUT...because Ben had been so helpful, I called back this year. And I must say that Brook, Jake and Josh have just been wonderful to work with. I definitely would recommend Redeemers in that area. I just hope I will have no problems with the new sump pump and that I will never see water in my garage again! If everything works okay, I will give Redeemers a big SHOUT OUT!

Such a pleasant installation! Brian and his crew, Jay, JT and Zay were such a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way; their communication was excellent. They did a wonderful job and left my basement clean! Certainly more than I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Redeemers to anyone! Installation of drain was not done properly, but Service Tech Nolan Manson made repairs and the problem was corrected. I was informed the initial installer is no longer with the Redeemers Group so the problem I had should not be repeated. Nolan Manson was very professional and explained my problem was caused by a one foot section that was not finished properly. Thank you Nolan for making the repair to complete my installation and solve my water problem.
