This home in Wynne, AR had rotted and broken joists. This was caused by prolonged moisture in the crawl space.

The Redeemers Group Team was able to permanently stabilize this home using our SmartJack^TM System.

This property was dealing with flooding in the offices and cracks were appearing on the interior and exterior walls of the building. The bricks showed signs of severe deterioration and needed to be fixed. (As shown in the before picture) To repair these issues, we installed Push Piers. (As shown in after picture) Piers help eliminate further settlement and provide an opportunity stabilize the home.

The beam under this home was molded, rotting, and failing; unsafe to say the least. 

Luckily, Redeemers Group was able to replace the beam, and treat it with LumberKote^TM to fully protect it from future damage caused by moisture.  LumberKoteTM provides superior protection from moisture-related damage and wood-destroying mold and fungus.

This homeowner complained of bouncy floors.  Her problems were worse than she could imagine.  Her joists were broken.

The City of Jonesboro needed help with some foundation settling in one of their public buildings.  The Redeemers Group team was able to stabilize the foundation and make sure the building was structurally sound.  This was accomplished by using a combination of Push Piers and PolyLevel^TM.
