Milton W. is a Navy veteran who’s moving to Florida and ready to list his current home, so he wants to ensure that his property value is intact. His pool deck was cracked and sinking in some places. He feels like his pool is a great selling point and wishes to use it to attract buyers, but these tripping hazards were hindering his efforts. He called Redeemers Group.
We were able to lift, level, and stabilize his pool deck using our PolyLevelTM concrete injection system. We also used our NexusProTM sealant to seal all joints and cracks in the pool deck. This will divert water away from the concrete and keep it from penetrating and causing more damage. We are so glad we could help Milton and his wife get the most out of their home!

James, a proud military veteran last stationed in Millington, recently had a new concrete pad poured to accommodate his RV, complete with a wooden covering above. To protect the fresh concrete from weathering and surface damage, our team applied SealantPro™, a long-lasting, penetrating sealant that extends the life of concrete and keeps it looking new. Although James initially declined NexusPro® joint sealant, we discussed the added protection it provides and may revisit the option at the time of installation.
During our assessment, James also requested quotes for additional areas around his home. His backyard storm shelter and the existing driveway were evaluated for future sealant application. We also identified a cracked and sinking section at the corner of the walkway, indicating a need for leveling. In the front, James’s porch had settled slightly—an ideal application for our PolyLevel® solution, which lifts and stabilizes sunken concrete with minimal disruption.
While the priority was sealing the new RV pad, James expressed interest in completing more repairs and may move forward with them prior to the installation date. If your concrete is cracking, sinking, or in need of protection, call today for a free quote. Our concrete experts proudly serve Millington, TN and surrounding areas with permanent, cost-effective solutions designed to last.
Proactive Driveway Repair Prevented Costly Structural Damage
A returning customer contacted us for peace of mind after noticing multiple cracks, surface flaking, and hollow voids beneath their concrete driveway. Having previously trusted our work on their walkway, they understood the risks of delaying repairs. We completed a full-service concrete restoration, including crack repair, joint sealing, void filling, leveling, and protective sealing—stopping deterioration early and restoring structural integrity across the entire driveway.
Problem: Cracked, Flaking Concrete with Underlying Voids
The homeowner observed spreading cracks, surface deterioration (spalling), and missing aggregate, all signs of a weakening concrete slab. More concerning were the hollow sounds underfoot, indicating voids beneath the driveway that could lead to sinking or failure. While they initially considered addressing only joints and cracks, the extent of the damage—and minimal price difference—made a more comprehensive solution the smarter investment.
Solution: Full 3-Part Concrete Protection System (CPS) with Sealing
We implemented a 3-part Concrete Protection System (CPS) across the entire driveway, focusing on void filling, stabilization, and surface leveling. Our team addressed uneven sections by leveling cracks and restoring a uniform surface. We then pressure washed and sealed the concrete, protecting it from moisture intrusion and future wear. All joints and cracks were treated with NexusPro joint sealant, ensuring long-lasting flexibility and durability. Since the walkway had already been treated in a previous project, we applied sealant only to maintain consistency and protection.
Why It Matters: Early Concrete Repair Extends Lifespan and Prevents Failure
By addressing the issues early, the homeowner avoided more severe structural damage and costly replacement. Void filling and slab stabilization eliminated the risk of sinking, while joint and crack sealing prevented water infiltration—the leading cause of concrete deterioration. The addition of a high-quality concrete sealant further защищes the surface from flaking, erosion, and environmental damage. This proactive approach significantly extended the life of the driveway and preserved the property’s value.

Uneven Walkway and Concrete Deterioration Created Safety and Longevity Concerns
Marci D. of Atoka, Tennessee contacted our team after noticing several areas of deteriorating and uneven concrete around her home. Winter weather, salt exposure, and surface wear had caused sections of the driveway to begin pitting and flaking, raising concerns about future concrete failure and the possibility of needing full replacement. In addition to the surface deterioration, sections of the walkway had settled enough to create a significant tripping hazard. While the homeowner understood that damaged concrete surfaces could not be completely restored cosmetically, protecting the existing concrete and improving safety became the primary goals of the project.
PolyLevel Lifting and SealantPro Protection Stabilized the Concrete Surfaces
To address the settlement issues, crews used PolyLevel concrete lifting technology to raise and stabilize the affected slabs near the driveway apron and along the walkway leading to the home. Special attention was given to the walkway area, where uneven slabs had created the most serious safety concern. Although the homeowner understood the walkway would maintain a gradual slope rather than becoming perfectly level, the repairs significantly improved the overall transition between slabs and reduced the tripping hazard. After leveling the concrete, the crew pressure washed the driveway and applied SealantPro concrete sealer to help protect the surface from future moisture intrusion, salt damage, pitting, and surface deterioration. NexusPro crack repair was also completed on the visible cracks near the garage and drain areas to help seal vulnerable openings and extend the lifespan of the concrete.
Concrete Sealing Helped Preserve the Existing Driveway and Walkway
One of the most important aspects of this project was preventing further surface breakdown before replacement became necessary. While existing divots and cosmetic imperfections could not be removed, applying SealantPro created a protective barrier designed to slow future deterioration caused by water absorption, freeze-thaw cycles, and seasonal weather exposure. By combining concrete lifting, crack repair, and surface sealing, the repair helped improve safety, preserve the appearance of the driveway, and extend the usable life of the existing concrete surfaces. The completed project provided the homeowner with greater peace of mind and a more stable, better-protected concrete system moving forward.
