All joints and cracks were treated with NexusPro joint sealant, ensuring long-lasting flexibility and durability. Since the walkway had already been treated in a previous project, we applied sealant only to maintain consistency and protection.

Uneven Walkway and Concrete Deterioration Created Safety and Longevity Concerns

Winter weather, salt exposure, and surface wear had caused sections of the driveway to begin pitting and flaking, raising concerns about future concrete failure and the possibility of needing full replacement. After leveling the concrete, the crew pressure washed the driveway and applied SealantPro concrete sealer to help protect the surface from future moisture intrusion, salt damage, pitting, and surface deterioration. NexusPro crack repair was also completed on the visible cracks near the garage and drain areas to help seal vulnerable openings and extend the lifespan of the concrete.
