The basement of this Oakdale, TN home was being ravaged by water. Moisture collected on surfaces and ruined paint, in addition to creating cracks along the wall. To help with the problem, Master Services installed our CleanSpace wall liner, which will keep moisture from settling on the walls and creating more damage. 

Master Services visited a home in Calhoun, TN that had issues with mold and humidity. Our home inspector recommended a moisture-proofing system in the crawlspace because without one, crawlspaces are easily exposed to water and associated damage.

We not only installed our CleanSpace moisture barrier, but our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier as well.

Clean Space has an antimicrobial additive embedded into the material, which prevents mold growth and proliferation. The dehumidifier keeps water vapor from settling inside the crawlspace.  What a dynamic duo!

This Riceville, TN homeowner had a crawl space that was exposed to constant ground moisture and outside humidity. Without a sealed barrier, moisture was able to rise into the crawl space, creating damp conditions that can contribute to musty odors, poor air quality, and long-term structural concerns. Open vents, exposed soil, and unsealed piers allowed moisture to continually cycle under the home with no real way to control it. Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair transformed this crawl space by installing CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation across approximately 1,280 square feet. The durable liner seals the ground and walls to help block moisture from entering the crawl space in the first place. As part of the encapsulation system, crawl space vents were sealed and interior piers were wrapped to create a more complete, controlled environment. The result is a cleaner, drier crawl space designed to support better air quality and long-term protection beneath the home.

Our team received a request for an inspection from a customer near Chatsworth, GA who had identified a moisture issue in her basement. After conducting an assessment, we determined that a reliable solution was needed.
