This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete, thus causing cracking on the patio. Our crew used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the structure would allow, and stabilization was guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed, the customer will be responsible for filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.

This customer in Madison, AL had sinking concrete around their pool deck. Cracked and sinking concrete happens when part of a concrete slab breaks and sinks into underlying soil that has compressed or washed away. For the cracked areas, we use NexusPro sealant.
