These homeowners in Scottsville Kentucky were extremely concerned with the sagging in their front porch.  Concerned this would eventually crack and break all the way through resulting it in falling they reached out to Frontier Basement Systems for a permanent solution.  Frontier sent a design specialist out to the home and together with the homeowners it was decided that PolyLevel injections were the right solution for this home.  The crew were able to lift it to its original position and the homeowners are no longer concerned.

Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customers concrete garage floor and driveway, our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

This homeowner tripped one time too many over their cracked, uneven porch slab and finally had enough. It was time to level out their concrete porch, so they didn't have to watch their step anymore!

The PolyLevel method for lifting and stabilizing a sidewalk or other exterior concrete slab is to inject structural polyurethane foam under the sunken section of concrete. The force of the expanding foam will fill all voids and consolidate weak soils. When the voids are filled, the upward pressure of any additional foam will raise the slab to its original level position.

We also recommend sealing the crack with NexusPro, which is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially engineered to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry. It fits into homeowners' busy lifestyles, too - drying time is a fraction of that needed for other urethane-based caulking products.

This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete thus caused cracking on the sidewalk. Our crew used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed the customer will be responsible for filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.
