This Tennessee family was experiencing some foundation issues in their 100 year old house and asked us to give them a permanent solution. Our inspector came out and looked around. He noted cracked cement and cracks in their exterior chimney. Their doors also had a hard time closing correctly and the floors seemed bouncy. Under the house, he saw the wood was getting weak and slightly molding. Sometimes, the weight of the furniture and occupants become too much and the floors and walls begin to sag. That, plus the molding beams only meant the home was going to get worse. 
Our inspector suggested our SmartJack System to lift the home back up and the homeowners agreed that was the best solution.
