This church in Auburn, KY was experiencing some foundation settlement that was causing stair-stepping in the brick of the building. To prevent the foundation from sinking further and causing more complicated issues in the future we installed piers to lift and support the church's foundation. This will stop the settlement and leave the church building intact for years to come.

This client in Auburn, KY had foundation settlement issues on their home. To stop the issue, lift the home and permanently stabilize it we installed Helical Piers to support the foundation using a low-profile bracket as well as SmartJack supports to support the floor joist system above. 

This customer in Auburn, KY, called Frontier due to moisture in their crawl space. For this project, we completed a crawl space encasulation to seal the crawl space. 

Home in Morgantown KY with interior wall cracks that continue to get worse. Safety and value are important elements in the decision making process. Uneven floors, cracks in drywall, and sinking doors needed help. Reinforcing the structure of the home was top priority before the problem could get any worse.

The back patio of this Hendersonville home was showing signs of sinking and pulling away from the home. Injecting the PolyLevel under the slab lifts the patio back in to place and prevents further damage.
