Another happy customer, and permanent solution with our Smart Jacks system!

This customer in Nashville, TN was having moisture issues in his crawl space and came to Frontier for a crawl space encapsulation. We came in removed all the wet insulation and cleaned the debris out of his crawl space. We installed our TripleSafe sump pump to pull moisture out and drain it out of the crawl space. We also added drainage matting to the floors and CleanSpace liner to the floors and walls. To clean the air even further we added a SaniDry dehumidifier, used SilverGlo to block his vents off, and added a nice new crawl space access door. 

This customer in Nashville, TN called us for moisture issues in his crawl space. To address the moisture issues, we removed all the old moisture-damaged debris, added drainage matting to the floors, and covered the entire crawl space with our CleanSpace liner, installed a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and drainage lines. We finished the project by installing a new secure EverLast crawl space door. Now, this customer has a structurally stable, dry, and healthy crawl space.

Customers in Nashville, TN, had foundation walls that were bowing, buckling, and showing signs of inward movement. We placed PowerBrace Top Lever Brackets with  PowerBrace 10' Beams and cast-in-place footing to stabilize the wall. 

This customer in Nashville, TN had settlement issues with his home that was causing major cracking in the front exterior wall. We installed Helical Piers to support the foundation as own on job drawing using low-profile brackets.
