A home in Clarksville, TN, was experiencing musty odors and noticeable cracks in the interior walls. Upon inspection, a deteriorating foundation and an unhealthy crawl space were discovered. The old, rusted crawl space door opened to reveal a space with high relative humidity, damaged wood, and clear signs of wood rot. The compromised foundation and crawl space conditions were contributing to structural instability and poor indoor air quality. To address these significant issues, our team carried out a thorough foundation repair and encapsulation project. We installed robust steel beams to provide lasting support, as they are resistant to rot and mold.
