The owner of this Franklin, KY home was unhappy with his musty, wet crawlspace. The crawl space had been collecting moisture under the existing moisture barrier, allowing mold and other allergens to thrive. We installed the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system- complete with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to provide crawl space moisture control. This Cottontown, TN church needed crawlspace encapsulation to go under their new floors. We installed CleanSpace drainage matting and liner to make their new crawlspace dry and beautiful.
