A full crawl space encapsulation in Nashville Tennessee.  The homeowner wanted to do a few other home renovations but since their floors were beginning to warp it was suggested they do something about their crawl space to reduce future expenses for those other projects.  This is when they reached out to Frontier for a permanent solution and so they could finish the projects they wanted to do.  Frontier went in encapsulated everything and the homeowners went on with their projects.  Very happy homeowners, beautiful results.

This Nashville, TN homeowner wanted his home to stay happy and healthy. We installed the CleanSpace crawlspace encapsulation system to do just that! The CleanSpace system will keep the crawlspace dry and free of mold. The customer was left satisfied with the quality of our product and the work that was done!

The crew installed a drainage system along the higher-graded side of the home that directs water to a sump pump at the lowest point of the crawl space. The sump pump discharges water through an IceGuard system. An HSS supplemental beam with SmartJacks was installed to properly support the home.

The crawl space was encapsulated with drainage matting and a 20 mil moisture barrier to prevent ground moisture from entering the space. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to reduce humidity levels.

The family of this Nashville home was worried about high humidity levels and cold floors in the winter. They were hoping to get a crawl space that was healthy and a little more user friendly. By encapsulating this crawl space with 20 mil plastic vapor barrier and air sealing the rim joist this home is now protected from moisture and unconditioned air.

This crawl space needed a lot of help.  It needed cleaned out, the earth needed smooth and a good encapsulation.  The homeowner had a lot of moisture, bugs, and spiders.  This home also had a combination of a crawl space and basement and these issues were making it hard for the homeowners to comfortably and safely utilize their basement space for storage and entertainment.  Frontier went in and gave these homeowners a permanent solution.
