Kent contacted Frontier for a crawl space inspection at a home on the market in Greenbrier, TN. During the evaluation, the design specialist found signs of moisture problems in the crawl space, including efflorescence on the foundation walls, mold on the floor joists, and a muddy vapor barrier that showed evidence of standing water.

After addressing the moisture issues, the crew encapsulated the crawl space using drainage matting and the CleanSpace® liner system.
