After 20 years in his Franklin home, this homeowner was ready to put it on the market and wanted to leave the crawl space in better condition for its next owner.
Our crew cleared out the debris, treated the existing mold, and installed a drainage system with a sump pump to manage water. We then encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace and added a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help keep it dry. A new EverLast crawl space door completed the transformation.
This customer had moisture and mold issues developing in their crawlspace so we installed Cleanspace, SuperSump, and our Mold X system to keep the area safe and dry!
We used CleanSpace to help seal this musty crawlspace into a useable and energy-friendly space!
If your crawl space is not properly waterproofed, moisture is still leaking in, causing deterioration and mold to grow. See what our CleanSpace Encapsulation System can do for you!
Most crawl space doors are made from metal or wood that rot, rust, and fall apart over time. Our crawl space entry doors are made from a non-organic plastic that will not rust, rot, or deteriorate, bringing the best protection to your home from humidity, moisture, and unwanted pests from entering your home!
