This customer in Lebanon, TN called Frontier after some big storms came through and flooded their basement. As soon as the water was out, we got to work with a waterproofing system. For this customer, we recommended a DryTrak® Monolithic Floor Drain. As a baseboard drainage system, DryTrak® installs above the floor and along the inside perimeter of the basement. If you have a monolithic foundation, meaning that your floor and footing were poured as one piece, this is the only drainage system that's appropriate. We finished the project with a TripleSafe sump pump, SaniDry Sedona, IceGuard drainage, and a LawnScape system to drain any water out of the basement. 

It is amazing the difference of these 2 doors! The 1st door is not sufficient at making sure water and air do not intrude into the crawl space. The 2nd is a waterproof secure Everlast door. 

Because society deems necessary, and building code is written to have crawl spaces vented: that is how homes are built. 

Science has proven that this offers many problems and what we do is close those vents and seal those holes, and encapsulate your crawl space to make sure that water and air are not penetrating your home and causing problems! 

This Kentucky family had a mess of problems that stemmed from having a leaky crawl space. 
Because of the excessive amount of moisture in their space, it caused mold. The mold even started growing in their living quarters AND there was a lingering musty smell in both areas.
