This customer in Portland, TN had a home being constructed with a finished basement to be included. To prevent any water issues before they happen, we waterproofed his exterior basement walls and installed drainage pipes around the entire exterior of the structure and connected it to a LawnScape system. While this is not a usual request on new construction, the customer wanted to make sure water intrusion would not be an issue in his new home. A home with a finished basement that develops water issues can be a very big and somewhat destructive job, so to mitigate that issue we waterproofed the walls as they were being constructed. At Frontier, no matter what the issue is we can come up with a solution that works for you and your home. Every job is different and requires different solutions.
This Tennessee family had the EverLast Door installed after their crawl space was encapsulated. Why trust a door that is made of wood (that rots) or a door that has metal hinges (that rusts!)?? Our EverLast doors are 1/2" thick solid plastic that will not rust, rot, or need paint! This door creates an airtight and waterproof barrier for your basement or crawl space.
Also, no critters will sneak their way through the EverLast door!
These homeowners are very happy with their new and improved door!
