The owner of this Franklin, TN home was unhappy with the water that ended up in their basement with every rain storm. To keep the rain water away from the contents of the basement and prevent flooding, we installed WaterGuard drainage tracks along the perimeter of the basement. These drainage tracks lead to a TripleSafe sump pump that will pump any excess water out and away from the home's basement.

This customer in Franklin, TN came to us for basement waterproofing. He had water intrusion and moisture issues in his basement, so we completed a full basement waterproofing system for him. We dug trenches and drilled holes in the block of the interior to let water drain from the newly installed WaterGuard system. The water will be drained into the TripleSafe sump pump, and then pumped out through the drainage system with IceGuard and a LawnScape into the yard away from the structure. 

The main source of water intrusion into this home was through the back of the property, the solution in conjunction with a water management system within the crawlspace was to install a length of trench drain to re direct the water around the sides of the house.

With minimal disruption and completely walk-able on, this drain will make a huge improvement.

This customer inquired about having a full crawlspace encapsulation done on their home. They also requested a rim joist insulation system being added to their foundation as well. They were experiencing water flooding into their basement and around the outer foundation of their home.
