This customer in Cedar Hill, TN had high Radon levels and high levels of moisture in his basement. They had an existing sump pump that was not doing the job, which we replaced with our Triple Safe Sump Pump integrated with a new Radon mitigation system, we also added a WaterGuard system and just connected it to his existing drainage system. 

This commercial client in Minor Hall, TN needed a complete basement waterproofing system due to moisture and water intrusion into the basement of this home. We completed the basement waterproofing system with a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and WaterGuard around the entire interior walls, and drilled holes in the concrete block to let the water drain into the WaterGuard system and into the sump pump. The sump pump will then pump the water out through the drainage lines installed out of the basement through the IceGuard system and into the LawnScape System into the yard and away from the structure to prevent any foundation issues due to water. They also added a Sedona SaniDry dehumidifier to pull moisture from the air and covered the vents for a complete waterproofing system. 

When it rains, water comes in form everywhere damaging the personal belongings of this Hartford Kentucky couple. A single sump pump was installed many years ago but has not kept the basement dry. The old pump is removed and replaced with a TripleSafe Complete System including 2 sump pumps and an UltraSump. 

Waterproofing this basement required pulling out the old pump system and installing our TripleSafe Complete system including 2 pumps and an UltraSump. The homeowner also opted for the WaterWatch alarm system to notify in case of any flooding and a battery back up system in case power goes out or the system ever accidentally becomes unplugged.
