As you can tell from the photos, the difference is immense. Before we installed WaterGuard there was a lot of moisture and the walls were extremely porous which allows water and moisture to enter their basement. We were able to go in, install WaterGuard and apply some CleanSpace to the wall which is a 20 mil thick vapor barrier designed to keep water and moisture out. 

With any work that you have done to your home - one of the biggest investments that anyone can make - it is important to know that the results when finished are both effective and won't ruin the overall aesthetic. A Trench drain is defintely one of our highly efficient products with a minimal disruption to the area in which it has been installed.

During a service visit to this home we found that water was still entering the crawlspace and after checking all the pipes and finding no leaks the last step is to flood test the access door - this is where the issue was, the door was not closing all the way and subsequently letting water in.

We installed our Brightwall and waterproofed this basement for these new homeowners that had yet to move in but knew that this was their forever home! 

This customer in Mayfield, KY was concerned with flooding in his basement and all the destruction that comes with it. We came out to install a TripleSafe Complete pump system with twin liner, 1/3 HP cast-iron primary AC pump, 1/2 HP cast-iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance-free battery. Includes 3 CleanPump stands, airtight lid with airtight floor drain, 2 IceGuards, LawnScape Outlet, and WaterWatch alarm system. 

Our sump pump systems include the following features:

• WaterWatch® Alarm: Sounds off to let you know if water has risen past the point where the pumps should have turned on.
• SuperLiner Sump Liner: Large enough to keep your sump pump working properly without turning on and off repeatedly, but not so large that your liner goes too deep, making your sump pump wear out prematurely as it pumps out unnecessary water.
• Airtight Sump Lid: An airtight lid keeps odors and humidity out while protecting your sump from debris from the basement floor. Rubber grommets around all pipes and wires help maintain the airtight lid and also help to keep all PVC pipes steady and quiet.
• CleanPump Stands: These sump pump stands are installed to raise the pumps off of the bottom of the liner. Any silt or sediment that settles on the bottom of your sump pit will be kept away from your pump. These stands also allow for height adjustment of the pump if necessary.

We also offer our IceGuard® anti-freeze device as an additional feature you can add on to your sump pump system:

• IceGuard® Discharge Line Protection: Many sump pump discharge lines are susceptible to freezing during the cold winter months. Our IceGuard® discharge line protection prevents this from happening, with no need for the homeowner to do anything! This specifically designed grated adapter is located outside where the discharge line exits the house. If the pipe underground freezes in the winter, water can still be pumped out without the worry of backups into your basement!
