Chris came out and gave us a great explanation of the process that was used to raise the parts of our driveway that had sunk down. The crew was polite and tidy. We also had a pleasant experience with the office staff, Laurie was very sweet and helpful.

I knew I was the afternoon job for the crew, but nonetheless the foreman called me first thing in the morning to tell me he would be here around 2pm. He kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know his job was running a little long, so that I knew I could run errands if I wanted to.  He called me when he was on his way and was very polite and apologetic when he showed up.  I just appreciated his communication to let me know I was as important as the other customer, and he got the job done quickly and efficiently.

The service tech [Trey Dukes] was absolutely WONDERFUL!  He was a really hard worker and so nice.  It's always refreshing to have someone working on your home who takes the time to actually talk to you and explain things.
