Matt E. built his home in Leesville, SC about 15 years ago and has loved living there since. Now that he and his wife are empty nesters, he has been determined to make some improvements around his home. Recently, he had a landscaper come in and replace all of the landscaping that was originally put in. While working around the front yard, the landscaper noticed cracking and sinking taking place on the other side of the driveway. When Matt was alerted to the problem, he was shocked that the driveway was in such a state and he had not noticed. The landscaper suggested he call Cantey Foundation Specialists because they did concrete slab repair. Matt was scheduled for an appointment with System Design Specialist Alex Lovette. When Alex was finished with his inspection, he told Matt that the best solution would be Cantey's PolyLevel process. The PolyLevel process would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slab. Then the PolyLevel would be injected underneath the slab as a liquid to fill all the voids underneath. The PolyLevel would harden into a solid within 15 minutes creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel process. Matt is finally happy with the way his front yard is looking thanks to Cantey's help.

Jonathon L. of Chapin, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists because his garage concrete slab had sunk over 3 inches.  The stairs to enter his home via garage were not even touching the floor anymore, so he had two wood blocks to hold it up temporarily.  Using our patented PolyLEVEL system, Cantey was able to raise the concrete slab to the correct level.  It also stabilized the garage, so that the slab will never settle again!

Brian H. owns a pool and deck construction company, and a few years ago built a zero-entry pool for his handicapped customer in Chapin, SC.  Because of the movement of soils and the high levels of rain, the pool deck began to sink and move.  Since Brian warranties his work, he told his customer that he would call Cantey Foundation Specialists to help lift and level his zero-entry pool deck to make it more accessible.

Using our patented PolyLevel process, Team Leader Roberto Bunchner drilled penny-size holes and pumped our polyurethane substance underneath the slab to lift it back into place.  Now Brian is happy that he fulfilled his warranty promise to his customer, and his customer can enjoy his pool without the worry of major gaps in the slab.
