PolyLevel Solves Flooding in Belton, SC Parking Lot

Barbara F. has owned an office building in Belton, SC for almost 10 years now. She has had several businesses reside in the building and she loves helping them make the most of their renting space. Over the years she has done upgrades to the building but recently she noticed the parking lot needed attention. Two years ago, she noticed a place on the far end of the parking lot that was sinking. Unfortunately, this section only got worse over time and was causing issues for parking and water drainage. She made a search online for a company that could help her with her concrete issues. She found Cantey Foundation Specialists and saw that they provide free inspections and estimates. She set up an appointment and met System Design Specialist TJ Harden at the property. TJ did a thorough inspection of the area that was causing issues. He then sat down with Barbara to explain how Cantey's PolyLevel solution could fix this issue. The process would begin with the crew drilling small holes through the concrete. Then the PolyLevel solution would be injected underneath the concrete slab. This liquid solution would then expand, creating lift and stabilization for the concrete slab. Within minutes this solution hardens to form a stable foundation underneath. Barbara not only believed this process could solve the issue in the parking lot but would cost less than replacement. Production Crew Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker came out for the scheduled installation and successfully injected the PolyLevel solution. Barbara and her tenants now have peace of mind that the parking lot will no longer flood and cause issues.

Enclosed Porch Crack Lifted and Leveled by PolyLEVEL

Tyler R. of Taylors, SC called Cantey Foundation Specialists to fix their enclosed porch.  From settling into the soil, Tyler's concrete porch had weakened and created a huge crack in front of the doorway to the corner of the porch.  Using the PolyLEVEL process, Cantey's foreman TJ injected the polymer underneath the porch and raised it back to its original position.  Because the polymer hardens within 2 minutes, the porch was completely stabilized.  Now the crack is barely visible because the gap is gone!

PolyLevel Provides Safer Carport for Homeowner in Landrum, SC

Ruth S. has lived in her Landrum, SC home since she and her husband got married. A few years ago, her husband passed away and she has had to take over the responsibility of her beloved home. Ruth never had much experience in home improvement or getting things fixed, her husband always took care of it. She believed in trying to find companies that could help her and also respect her. Ruth had heard some great comments about Cantey Foundation Specialists in her community and one night while watching the evening news she saw a commercial for Cantey. It was talking about their concrete leveling technology which she recognized that she had an issue at the end of her carport. It was a tripping hazard and she hated looking at that gap every day. The next day, Ruth called in and scheduled an appointment for an inspection. System Design Specialist Ryan Holloway came out and did a thorough inspection of the carport area. He then sat down with Ruth to explain the process of Cantey's PolyLevel solution. It would begin with small holes drilled through the concrete slab. Then a liquid PolyLevel solution would be injected underneath the concrete. This liquid would fill all the void underneath and within minutes, expand and harden to form a solid base for the concrete slab. The foam provides the lift that the concrete slab needs as well as providing a waterproof base that will not wash away. The small holes are then filled and the project is complete. Ruth appreciated that Ryan was so kind in answering all of her questions and loved that this solution would only take a few hours. Ruth scheduled an installation day and Production Crew Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Crew Member Brooks Walker arrived to successfully inject the PolyLevel solution. Ruth could not be happier with her experience and wishes that every contractor she worked with could get the job done right as well as be so kind as Cantey.

PolyLevel Lifts Back Patio in Greer, SC

Buying a home can be a nerve-wrecking experience, in Katheryn's case it's a little more than that. Katheryn finally found the perfect home for her, the one she said she wants to live in the rest of her life.  As she was getting ready to buy it, they found a problem with the foundation. Katheryn's problem is that her house is beginning to settle around the porch and crack due to a lack of support.  This is a problem that can get worse and worse. Luckily, Katheryn called Cantey Foundation Specialists, and Specialist Katherine Dillion explained that Cantey's patented PolyLevel technology was the answer to her problems.  By injecting a polymer underneath her concrete porch, Team Leader Roberto and Team Member Nick were able to lift and close the obviously cracks.  With the PolyLevel's transferrable warranty, Katheryn can rest assured that her concrete slab is not permanently stabilized.  She can now enjoy her new home for years to come.

PolyLevel Repairs Tripping Hazard for Military Veteran in Greer, SC

Ric and Sue M. have owned their Greer, SC for the last 10 years now. This is their favorite home they have ever owned. Ric was in the military for most of their marriage which meant they moved often. They have finally been able to settle down somewhere and choose a forever home. Recently, one of the concrete slabs of the driveway began to sink. As the months went by, the sinking got worse causing a tripping hazard to form. Ric and Sue were worried about their safety and that of their guests. Sue's sister had had Cantey Foundation Specialists fix her sidewalk a few months ago so she got the number and called in. System Design Specialist Trey Smedley arrived for the scheduled appointment and inspected the concrete slab. Trey found that the concrete slab perfectly fit the criteria for Cantey's PolyLevel process. Small holes would be drilled through the concrete slab of the patio where the PolyLevel would be injected. The PolyLevel comes out as a liquid and fills all the void that is causing the concrete slab to sink. Within 15 minutes this liquid hardens and forges a stable foundation while lifting the slab. Production Team Leader Roberto Buchner and Production Team Member Josh Hough came out and effectively injected the PolyLevel to the concrete slab. Ric and Sue are back to enjoying their forever home without the worry of the unsightly tripping hazard.
