My first contact was in June 2018 and I was impressed by the young person who came for the visit. I had to delay the work needed due to health issue. I contacted Purlift again in March 2023 and dealt with qualified and professional people at every level of the company from sales to scheduling and execution of the work. They delivered on schedule and up to my expectations. Very good company and great people to deal with.

We are more than pleased with the work that was recently done by PURLIFT on our front landing. A large gap of 4 inches, due to the slow sinking of our front steps in relation to our landing, was completely corrected; it looks just as it did when the cement was poured 11 years ago. Everything went very well with my pool slab lift. The entire process completely surpassed my expectations. The attention to detail on the part of your team was excellent. They were communicative about what they could and could not do, and about how far they could go with a particular lift due to 38 years of deformation in my pool slabs. Now everything is aligned and dangerous trip hazards have been completely eliminated. The team also informed me as to what needed to be done afterwards with regards to filling cracks, covering exposed urethane at the lifted edges etc., so that sunlight or water infiltration wouldn’t cause the urethane to deteriorate. I’ll be caulking this week and backfilling with soil around the outside over the weekend to be sure. Very professional team. I’d be happy to recommend your firm any day.
