I had a free inspection by Michael Ashburn of my crawl space this week. Probably the best one I have had. He was thorough. He was the only one who went inside the cavity to look around, physically brought up and showed me evidence of the issues and then walked me through 3 options, providing an order of magnitude of effectiveness and costs. He was not salesey but rather educational and also incredibly empathetic to my unexpected situation. He spent additional time looking at another related matter and even pointed out another unrelated issue his comapny doesn't handle that I need tp do. I could go on, but I texted him after that it was a breath of fresh air. It was delivering wise counsel rather than just trying to push business.
