This client had a front porch pad that sunk 3-inches and they to lift and level the existing concrete to save money and time while maintaining the same concrete shade. Daniel and Domenic did an excellent job. Even the dog was impressed!
The stability of any concrete surface is dependent on the soils beneath it. The weight of concrete and what it supports, combined with natural soil erosion, can lead to sunken and uneven concrete surfaces. This process affects everything from your driveway and sidewalk to roads and airport runways.
Keystone Basement Systems provides expert concrete repair solutions using the PolyLevel® system. PolyLevel® is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.
If you have sunken concrete surfaces you need repair, call us today at 1-800-638-7048 or contact us online to get started with a free estimate! We provide residential and commercial concrete leveling services in Pittsburgh, Cranberry Township, McKeesport and the nearby areas.
To ensure this customers basement is dry all the time, we installed our high quality TripleSafe Sump Pump System.
This back patio would take on water during heavy rains and impact the finished area inside the 3-season room. TrenchDrain was placed in front of the area where water would come in to protect the area going forward.
Before our intervention, the homeowner in Freeport, PA, was contending with ineffective water drainage caused by damaged downspout buried rain conductors that were above ground and would freeze and malfunction, leading to basement water damage (as illustrated in the 'before' photo). The 'after' photo clearly exhibits our solution: the expert replacement of the problematic conduits and the installation of a TripleSafe Sump Pump. This meticulous approach guarantees efficient water discharge, safeguarding the property’s foundation against water intrusion. This project showcases our dedication to providing exceptional service and lasting solutions for our clients’ homes.

The homeowner reported having a bad odor coming up to the first floor via the crawlspace as well as cold floors. After scheduling a free estimate we sent out an informative book titled “Crawlspace Science” for free to review in the few days between scheduling and the actual appointment. This gave the client a good understanding of the situation and allowed him to form specific questions for our inspector.
After arriving, the client had an idea of what he wanted and our inspector, Mr. Brian McWhirter, showed how Keystone Basement Systems could help accomplish this goal.
The client had a crawlspace which was not encapsulated. This is a very big problem and can lead to a host of negative outcomes. The plan was a proper crawlspace encapsulation.
The project was large. A typical crawlspace encapsulation takes one day, but this one took 3 to complete. That said, once it was complete, it was marvelous. Not only does it look clean, but it is well insulate and protects against mold, moisture, water and odor.
