I really appreciated the professionalism, friendliness and quality of information provided by Chris. It made me feel completely educated on the process and answered all of my questions thoroughly and completely. TerraFirma also provided good financing options. I was expecting to pay a little less than what was quoted but was very comfortable with the fact the I know my crawl space was going to be completely encapsulated with the highest quality solution on the market today. Everyone I have been in contact with at TerraFirma has been very polite and very well trained. My overall rating for the company and the work that they did is a 9/10.

Upon my inspection I was actually not present. I did receive all the information that was gone over and soon after I received a call from Bryan to explain the details of the estimate. Afterwards he made a second appearance to make sure I could see in detail and in person the specifics of the job which I really respect and appreciate. Bryan was always available and courteous. He proposed a few options for solutions of which I felt comfortable all with. It was his willingness to work with us and be flexible why we chose TerraFirma. They did a great job from the first day to the last and I would recommend them to anyone.

Chris was very helpful in explaining the details and benefits of why I should be getting my crawl space encapsulated rather than just laying down a new liner. He suggested using their Cleanspace material to completely encapsulate the area. The main benefits being no more mold and dry rot, better breathing air and low utility bills. This made a lot of sense to me and for the price we paid it was well worth it. I did have some initial objections to funding the project but Chris presented many financing options. Surprisingly they had great rates. Chris was very personable and honest with his approach to my project, which I really appreciated. He was very sincere and knowledgeable. TeraFirma really impressed me the whole way though, following up on message, emails, phone calls, etc and making sure I was never guessing what the next step was. Great job.

I had done my research and had a good idea of what my crawl space needed to transform it into a usable space. So a dehumidifier, sump pump and a new liner/vapor barrier was installed. We have been taking our time finding someone that would provide all of these services at a reasonable cost. Very good experience overall. I feel comfortable with the company and they were very accommodating to my schedule on when we could get our estimate and schedule the installation. Patrick was a stand up guy. Answered all my questions and made sure I was happy all the way.

We love Levi! This was a quick project, but we wanted to make sure that is was done correctly and by the right people. Levi and TerraFirma delivered on both ends. Our crawlspace isn't big. We have heard of our friends also having this new insulation installed and the benefits of doing so. We were referred TerraFirma, and they took care of the job. The piece of mind we have that we are breathing healthier air and saving money on our heating and cooking bill was ABSOLUTELY worth the small price of the project.

Our crawlspace looks amazing! We have a lot to that to Josh Anderson and the entire TerraFirma team. We had a very crummy crawlspace situation and have been looking to do something about it for some time now. We saw a TerraFirma booth at a home show in Portland and scheduled an appointment on the spot. Josh had a simple plan that was inexpensive to our budget and felt comfortable with the solution Josh proposed. We had TerraFirma out to encapsulate our crawl space. I was very impressed with TerraFirma-Very professional, very helpful, very knowledgeable. We had a joy working with Ryan. He is a very sincere and a genuinely nice guy, which made me feel like he was there to help rather than just to sell me something.
