I contacted The Basement Doctor for a crack in my foundation that was causing water to leak in. Jon Asher came out and patched the crack in my foundation wall. Jon was professional and welcoming. I especially liked how he invited me to watch and ask questions so that I knew what he was doing. It allowed me to learn about the process and feel more comfortable about having him in my home. I would definitely recommend The Basement Doctor again!

The crews from the initial install to a follow-up visit have been what I expect from a professional company. Jon A. was the most recent to come to the house and took all the time needed to answer questions and show me again the system that has been installed. I never felt like I was rushed while he professionally answered all the questions and gave me additional info I wasn't aware of. Thanks again. My basement is now dry and free of water.

After living in a home for fifty years that had water on the floor after a strom it is nice to have a DRY BASEMENT!

First off, hats off to Rusty, Kellon, and Tyler. These guys really worked hard and got the entire job done in one day. Didn't have to take a second day off work. The work looks great, and they were sure to show me everything they did and explained everything to me. All three of these guys were very professional and didn't leave a mess when they left. I would definitely recommend these guys to everyone. As far as the company, they showed up on time, made all the repairs that were discussed in our initial meeting, and exceeded all of my expectations. I am a very satisfied customer.
