What started as a dark, damp crawl space in Mount Orab, OH was creating problems no homeowner wants—musty smells, cold floors, and the potential for mold. The space was unsealed and exposed to the elements, making it an ideal environment for moisture and pests.
That’s where we came in. Our team installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier, completely sealing off the crawl space from the earth. This durable liner not only locks out moisture but also brightens the space, giving it a cleaner, more finished look.
Now, instead of a damp, forgotten area beneath the home, the crawl space is dry, protected, and contributing to better air quality and energy efficiency throughout the house. The transformation is dramatic—and the peace of mind is priceless.
This shallow crawl space in New Vienna, OH, needed some protection against moisture and settling concrete columns. We first repaired the sagging columns by jacking the main beams with our SmartJack crawl space posts and straightening the joists out. We then fixed the musty smells by installing our CleanSpace vapor barrier, wrapping it over the entire floor and up the walls and columns. This home now smells clean and has straight floors, which the homeowners were very appreciative of.
This home had a crawl space with poured concrete walls that were leaking water. It turned into one of our larger projects as we installed WaterGuard drainage, CleanSpace liner, a SuperSump system, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. To finish, we treated the area with Anabec cleaner and added spray foam insulation to address mold and improve energy efficiency. Now the crawl space is dry, clean, and protected for the long haul.
This dusty crawl space in Sabina, OH, had high humidity levels throughout most of the year. We encapsulated the space for the homeowner to remove musty smells, reduce dust, decrease the cost of energy bills, and help protect the wooden framing from moisture. Before we wrapped the space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, we had to first waterproof the space to help protect the vapor barrier from flooding. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is made of an antimicrobial material, similar to a pool liner. It is very durable, and it will help keep the home feeling fresh.
This crawl space had gravel all along the floor, which is better than dirt, but still not good enough to skip a moisture barrier. We installed CleanSpace liner across the whole crawl space to keep moisture out, saving the wooden beams from rot. The liner also keeps moldy air out and helps insulate a bit.
