Carolina Basement Systems Reviews and Ratings

Lane took his time to go over ALL details and what he recommended seems to work great.

From start to completion I was totally impressed & Satisfied.

Great. I would recommend this company because I truly had a great experience with them.

The company was great. Very professional.

Jose AKA "Chippe" was great to work with along with his team.

Thank you Shannon Shaw for coming and servicing our sump pump and making sure everything else was good under our home...

Overall good with some reservation

Crew was very courteous.

This company was a pleasure to work with.

It would be five stars if I didn't have to get upset initially but the GM and the service manager came out to the job...

Different crew each day so there was some lack of communication between crews but no big issue being I was around.
