The thin plastic covering on the ground of this crawl space was ripping and allowing water vapor to enter the air. This, in addition to the air outside the crawl space, is affecting the water level inside the crawl space air and was making it very humid and at risk for mold. We installed our much thicker and patented vapor barrier CleanSpace, which protects the air from moisture and humidity.

This room inside the home was constantly having issues due to moisture and outside temperatures. We encapsulated it to seal off unwanted water vapor and temperature changes.

High humidity and sagging floors were a real issue for this home. The crawl space was the root for most of these problems. So, we insulated, stabilized, and protected it from moisture to lower the humidity and stop the floor from sinking.
