This commercial application of our PolyLevel and NexusPro products was a quick and clean concrete leveling job. The concrete slab behind this business had sank and cracked over the years and in time would have cause more property damage.

Unprotected and unreliable, this crawl space caused more problems then it solved. We installed our vapor barrier and dehumidifier to rid it of water evaporation and lower the humidity levels. We also supported the floor above with SmartJacks on steel beam supports to keep the floor from sagging and cracking.

This Randleman, NC crawl space went from a dark, humid environment to a clean, dry, and protected space. Before our installation, the area showed signs of moisture issues exposed soil, musty odors, and damaged insulation that could lead to mold and higher energy costs.

Our team installed a full encapsulation system, sealing the walls and floor with a durable vapor barrier to block humidity and ground moisture. We also added a reliable sump pump system, designed to collect and remove any water that seeps in before it can cause damage. The sump pump works automatically when water reaches a certain level, it activates and safely discharges it away from the home’s foundation.

This formerly wet basement was transformed into a dry space thanks to our Cleanspace wall system, TripleSafe Sump pump, WaterGuard drainage system, and a few other of our patented waterproofing products. Moisture no longer stands a chance against this basement!

To keep this basement dry all the time, we installed our WaterGuard drainage system paired with a TripleSafe Sump Pump.
