Tara from Archdale, NC contacted Carolina Basement Systems because she was having problems with her crawl space. The crawl space was wet and sagging, and she was concerned about the condition of her home. Carolina Basement Systems was able to help Tara by using SmartJacks and CleanSpace products to solve the problem. The SmartJacks were used to support the sagging crawl space, and the CleanSpace products were used to create a barrier between the wet crawl space and the rest of the house. This helped to protect Tara's home from further damage and to create a healthier living environment.

As a part of our crawl space waterproofing, we also helped improve the health of this home by installing French drains all the way around the home. This helps keep water away from the foundation that can seep into the crawl space.

Over time the ground that this interior concrete slab was poured on settled and eroded away. This caused it to shift and sink. Our PolyLevel foam was able to lift it back into place and fill the void left under the slab, protecting it from future erosion.

The waterlogged walls were seeping water into the basement and causing many issues. High humidity, useless space, and even wall cracking were the worst of these problems. So, we installed our interior waterproofing drainage system around the perimeter to flush intruding water away from the home.

Water issues inside this garage and basement had made it impossible to store items of any value and made the air musty. We installed our perimeter waterproofing solutions to keep the water out and the air dry.
