As part of a custom waterproofing solution for this Mount Airy, NC home, we installed a TripleSafe sump pump system to keep the basement dry all year long. This homeowner now has triple the protection with three reliable pumps: a primary pump for everyday use, a secondary pump for heavy water flow, and a battery backup that keeps working during power outages. With this system in place, the basement is now protected from water damage and can be safely used as a dry, functional space.

Multiple items inside this basement had been ruined by water flooding in from the doorway and the porous block walls. Our interior waterproofing system catches the water as it enters and sends it outside the home through our sump pump that we installed in the corner. This solved the flooding issue for this basement!

The constant water intrusion was ruining this basement. We installed our WaterGaurd drainage, CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry dehumidifier, and our TripleSafe sump pump to waterproof and protect the area from various forms of water vapor.

By installing our WaterGuard drainage under the floor, we stopped intruding water from festering and can dispel it from the home.
