To permanently stabilize the structure, our team installed helical piers, which are engineered steel supports designed to transfer the weight of the home down to stable, load-bearing soil.

The piers were carefully positioned and driven deep into the ground until proper resistance was achieved, providing immediate support and long-term stability. Once installed, the foundation load was transferred to the piers, helping prevent further settlement and protecting the structural integrity of the home.
