Large and visible staircase cracks were appearing in-between the cinderblock bricks of this home's foundation. Our crew permanently stabilized these walls using GeoLock wall anchors which not only stop shifting in its tracks, but can also straighten the walls back to their original position.

This home in Germanton, NC was experiencing structural concerns in the crawl space caused by weakened or settling support posts beneath the floor system. Over time, shifting soil and aging supports can lead to sagging floors, uneven surfaces, and reduced structural stability inside the home.

To address these issues, our team installed a series of SmartJack crawl space support posts. These adjustable steel supports are designed to reinforce floor joists and beams while transferring the weight of the structure to a stable base below.

We stabilized this block basement wall with our CarbonArmor strips that adhere to the wall’s surface. These strips reinforce the wall to handle the exterior pressure that was previously turning the blocks and risking a wall collapse.

The CarbonArmor Wall Repair System will repair the customer's bowing and cracked garage wall by reinforcing it with high-strength carbon fiber fabric. This fabric is applied to the wall using a special epoxy resin, which bonds the carbon fiber to the wall surface, creating a strong and durable reinforcement. The carbon fiber fabric helps to distribute the load more evenly across the wall, preventing further bowing and cracking. This system is designed to stabilize the wall and prevent further movement, ensuring the long-term stability and safety of the garage structure.
