This Wake Forest, NC crawl space was upgraded to address both structural concerns and moisture control. Our team installed SmartJacks to provide strong, adjustable support to the floor system, helping correct sagging and restore stability.

To combat moisture, we installed a high-quality vapor barrier across the crawl space floor, sealing out ground moisture and improving overall air quality. SilverGlo insulation was added along the walls to enhance energy efficiency and help regulate temperatures year-round.

We restored this damaged concrete walkway by leveling the slab with PolyLevel injections and sealing the cracks with NexusPro joint sealant.

PolyLevel is a strong, but light polyurethane formula that can permanently lift and stabilize the concrete pool deck. NexusPro seals and helps protect the concrete from further soil erosion.
