Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Pleasant Garden, NC needed a solution to help protect their crawl space from ground moisture and humidity. Our team installed a durable vapor barrier across the crawl space floor, creating a cleaner, drier environment beneath the home and helping reduce moisture-related problems.

A homeowner in Pleasant Garden, NC was dealing with a damp, unprotected crawl space that was impacting the overall health and stability of their home. Exposed insulation, moisture concerns, and insufficient structural support can lead to long-term issues like mold growth, wood rot, and sagging floors.

Our team provided a complete crawl space solution by installing a durable vapor barrier to seal off ground moisture and create a clean, controlled environment. In addition, we installed SmartJack support posts to reinforce and stabilize the floor system above, addressing any potential sagging or weakened areas.

The result is a fully encapsulated crawl space that helps improve air quality, energy efficiency, and structural integrity giving the homeowner peace of mind with a long-lasting solution.

Nasty and unequipped, this crawl space needed moisture protection. We encapsulated and waterproofed the entire crawl space leaving it in pristine condition.

The CleanSpace Liner was permanently fastened to the crawl space walls to prevent moisture from passing through. BONUS: CleanSpace is made of a special material that is resistant to mold growth and mildew.

In Reidsville, NC, a homeowner reached out with concerns about sealing their dirt crawl space from the-elements. Initially, as you can see from the “before” photo, the area was exposed and vulnerable. However, we transformed this space with our CleanSpace system, evident in the after photo - creating a fully sealed and defended environment. This not only solved the homeowner’s issue but ensures a reliable and long-lasting protection.
