Before & After Photos

This formerly wet and musty crawl space got a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system. Moisture nor humidity stand a chance against this crawl space now!

These photos show a crawl space in Jamestown, NC experiencing common moisture-related issues. The hanging and deteriorating fiberglass insulation, exposed ductwork, and wrinkled vapor barrier indicate excess humidity and poor moisture control. Conditions like these can lead to higher energy bills, musty odors, mold growth, and reduced indoor air quality throughout the home.

Addressing crawl space moisture with proper encapsulation, insulation upgrades, and humidity control helps protect the home’s structure, improve energy efficiency, and create a healthier living environment above.

This crawl space was dealing with moisture concerns and needed additional support to create a healthier, more stable environment beneath the home. Our team installed a vapor barrier to isolate the crawl space from ground moisture, along with SilverGlo insulation to improve thermal protection. SmartJack supports were installed to reinforce weakened or sagging floor joists, while a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier helps control humidity and reduce the risk of mold, musty odors, and wood rot. Together, these solutions provide long-term moisture protection, improved air quality, and added structural support for the home.

Water intrusion was causing humidity, mold, and air quality issues throughout the home. We encapsulated and waterproofed the crawl space to keep this moisture out and alleviate these issues.
