This formerly wet and musty crawl space received a brand new look and feel with our CleanSpace encapsulation system. Suitable for both walls and floors, our patented CleanSpace vapor barrier was used to seal, cover, and protect this crawl space from any moisture, humidity, or winter drafts. Paired here with our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and air purification system, this crawl space now has a brighter, drier, and healthy environment throughout. 

This crawl space had issues with mold, moisture, humidity, and energy efficiency. Our crew installed our patented SilverGlo insulation boards along the walls of the area to provide an unbroken sheet of R-11 insulation. These foam panels are made with inorganic materials that will not absorb moisture or support mold growth. 

The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System creates a durable, airtight seal over the crawl space floor and walls, preventing moisture from seeping in. This stops water vapor from rising into the crawl space, keeping it dry and reducing the risk of mold, mildew, and wood rot. The system also helps block pests and improves air quality throughout the home by limiting dampness and odors. It's a simple, effective way to maintain a healthier, more stable environment below your home.

This Greensboro home was experiencing sagging floors caused by weak and undersized crawl space supports. The existing brick piers were no longer providing the structural stability needed to properly support the floor system above.

Our team installed SmartJack adjustable steel support posts on solid concrete footings to permanently stabilize and lift the sagging beams. These high-capacity steel supports are designed to restore structural integrity, reduce floor bounce, and help bring the floors back toward level. The crawl space was also protected with a durable vapor barrier to help control ground moisture and support long-term performance.

The result: a stronger, more stable foundation and improved floor support throughout the home.
