The sump pump system pumps water collected from the crawl space out of the home through the discharge line. A LawnScape Outlet is placed on the end of the line to deter leaves, critters, other elements from entering and blocking the system. It blends into the greenery around the home and eliminates any tripping hazards. 

A homeowner contacted our office for help repairing their damaged floor joists. After assessing the space, our team sistered the joists with new material to restore structural integrity.

Mrs. F Called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair complaing that water was coming though the slab of her added on bonus room. We were able to help Mrs. F by intalling waterguard and a supersump sump pump.

Mrs. H called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair complain of water entering her home though the slab. We recommended a waterguard system and a sump pump and now Mrs. H is happy to have a dry home. 

Hannah called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with complaints of a wet basement. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Hannah to go over the problems that she was experiencing with her basement. It was found that Hannah would benefit from having our Water Guard System installed due to its unique profile, WaterGuard can effectively captures wall and floor seepage in the basement before it can reach your basement floor. The system transports all ground water to a sump pump, so that it can be pumped outside of the basement. Mrs. Hannah is happy to have a nice dry basement now that her Water Guard is now in place.
