Moisture in the crawl space caused this customers subfloor to rot. We replaced the joists and floor with new lumber to ensure a safe, level, and stabilized structure. 

We repaired the moisture-damaged subfloor using new materials to ensure structural integrity and prevent further damage.

A Fayetteville, NC homeowner contacted our office for a free crawl space inspection after noticing signs of moisture damage in their subfloor and joists. Upon inspection, we discovered extensive damage caused by moisture issues in the crawl space.
